Mac Pontiac

Mac Pontiac is one of Vancouver’s most respected singer-songwriters with gritty tales rooted in tradition. He’s shared the stage with everyone from Wilco to Herald Nix. His early career was captured in the 1996 documentary “Girlfriend Town”. After a brief hiatus Mac has returned to performing in recent years hosting the Waldorf’s successful weekly series “The Rebel Kind Cabaret & Travelin’ Road Show” which celebrated the cream of our rich roots community, as well as showcases at Chapel Arts and The Railway Club. He recently recorded new songs at The Warehouse (Bryan Adam‘s internationally acclaimed studio used by everyone from REM to The Pointed Sticks).
